Michael Buble's wife threw his clothes in their swimming pool - several times.'s wife threw his clothes in their swimming pool - several times.
Argentinean model Luisana Lopilato - who married the Canadian singer last April - took drastic action to "train" her spouse because she was tired of his messy ways.
She said: "I got so fed up with Michael leaving all his clothes lying on the floor that I threw them all in the swimming pool.
"I did it several times. I can't say that I have trained him but he tries very hard when he's with me now."
The 'Haven't Met You Yet' singer is very competitive and though Luisana admits she rarely wins in any activities they play, her spouse can't stand losing.
She added to You magazine: "I only beat him in a game we have in Argentina called Metegol - table football - and he didn't like it when I won and said to him 'Today I am your teacher.' "
Despite this, jealousy is one thing the couple don't have a problem with - Luisana revealed that she is more than comfortable with Michael's endless female fan-base.
She said: "I always say it's OK for him to be this romantic idol on stage - that's his job - but not off stage."

Michael Buble dramatic weight loss

Shrinking violet Buble reveals his lighter side: Singer shows off dramatic weight loss at Italian fashion show

He is known for his big voice and big ballads – but it seems Michael Buble is no longer quite such a big presence on stage.
The Canadian singer revealed his dramatic weight loss at a fashion show in Italy yesterday.
With a lean physique and distinctly chiselled cheekbones, the 37-year-old looked a long way from the chubby figure he cut last year.

But the Grammy award winner, whose hits include Home and Haven’t Met You Yet, showed off a much slimmer appearance at Milan Fashion Week, completing his new look with a stylish leather jacket and jeans that would not have looked out of place on the catwalk.
Perhaps the star’s marriage to model and actress Luisana Lopilato is behind his transformation. He wed the 25-year-old in March 2011 in her home country of Argentina.

Mary J. Blige and Michael Buble will find their voices as advisors on NBC's The Voice in the upcoming Fall season.

Powerhouse R&B singer Blige has signed on as an advising mentor for Adam Levine's team, Blige's rep confirmed to The Hollywood Reporter.

With nine Grammy Awards and four American Music Awards to her name, Blige will bring plenty of wisdom and experience to share with the aspiring singers.

"I've always been a huge fan of Mary J. Blige," Levine recently told Rolling Stone. "So it's been great having her on The Voice as an adviser to my team."

The announcement of Blige's role on the show comes on the heels of her announcement of her co-headlining tour with R&B singer D'Angelo, which will kick off on Aug. 18. She also recently starred in the movie musical, Rock of Ages.

Buble will be serving as a guest mentor on country singer Blake Shelton's team, NBC announced. The soulful crooner has won three Grammys in his career, and sold more than 30 million albums worldwide.

As mentors, both Blige and Buble will meet with contestants and give them tips before their performances. NBC has yet to announce the mentors for Cee Lo Green and Christina Aguilera's teams, so several other big names in music could possibly drop by the show in the upcoming season.

Previous mentors on The Voice have included Kelly Clarkson, Miranda Lambert, Alanis Morissette and Robin Thicke.

The third season of The Voice premieres on Sept. 10 on NBC

Michael meets with a "TARGET" audience and meets Bullseye

Photo: Michael and Bullseye at an official Target Canada launch at headquarters in Toronto August 14th, 2012.

Below is an article about his appearance from STAR TRIBUNE

TORONTO—If you’re a Target employee, who would you rather meet at a company party, Bullseye the Dog or Canadian pop star Michael Buble?

Fortunately, Target employees christening the opening of Target Canada’s headquarters outside of Toronto didn’t have to choose: both showed up. Next year, Target will open the first of its 180 or so stores throughout Canada, the first time the Minneapolis-based retailer has expanded beyond the United States.

I must admit, I was more excited to see Bullseye, which would mark a sort of high point in my journalism career. Since his/her debut 13 years ago, the English bull terrier has become the retailer's ubiquitous spokesman, appearing in television commercials and print ads and at Madame Tussauds wax museum in New York.
As a former St. Louis-based reporter covering Ralston Purina, I never got a chance to meet Morris the Cat, a failure that has haunted me to this day.

I sat next to Bullseye for a quick photo and yes, she is as cute as the legions of stuffed animals in her likeness that occupy the shelves of the company store.

Unfortunately, Bullseye wasn’t particularly chatty or interactive.
In fact, she barely moved, an impressive feat I can only attribute to a skilled trainer, plentiful dog treats, and years of experience posing for photo-ops with dorks like me.

Michael Buble, though, was a complete different story. With his boyish looks and ballads like "Home" and "Haven't Met You Yet," people naturally assume Buble is a boy scout. Dressed in black jacket, white shirt, and jeans, Buble, however, was a bit loose, dropping a few F-bombs along with a crack about Katy Perry’s anatomy that raised a few eyebrows.

“Do you think he was a bit buzzed?” I asked someone.

“I don’t know,” she replied. “He is an entertainer.”

I suppose it’s a very thin line between entertainment and alcohol.

I had assumed corporations like Target pay big bucks to land Buble. But Buble said he was happy to do the 30 minute gig, in part because he, more than anything, valued family, whether for personal or business reasons.

“If it weren’t for you,” Buble told the crowd, “I would still be selling my records at Starbucks.”

Better to sell than pour I always say.

Buble proposal nearly went wrong.

Michael Buble's Spanish proposal stunned Luisana Lopilato

Tuesday 31 Jul 2012

MICHAEL BUBLE's model wife LUISANA LOPILATO was taken by surprise when he proposed to her in 2009 because she initially thought he was joking when he popped the question in her native Spanish.
The Canadian crooner asked the Argentine beauty to be his wife during a family meal, but Lopilato confesses she failed to realise Buble was being serious until she saw her relatives in tears.
She tells You magazine, "One night, we were having dinner in my house with all my family - my father, mother, brother, sister, brother-in-law and a few cousins too - and suddenly Michael turns to me and says, in Spanish, 'I want to marry you'.
"We thought he was joking and he said, still in Spanish, 'No, really. I really want to marry you', and then he took out the ring and gave it to me. I still thought he was joking. Then I noticed that my mother was crying, my sister was crying, even my father was crying, and I thought, 'This is real because my father never cries.' So I started to cry too. I loved that he proposed that way - I am a family girl and it was perfect that he said it in front of them."
The couple wed last year (11).

Proceeds from the records - called A Very Special Christmas 25th Anniversary and A Very Special Christmas: Bringing Peace on Earth - go to the Special Olympics, an organisation dedicated to proving year-round sports training for people with intellectual disabilities.

The charity is this year celebrating 25 years of its festive albums, which have previously included the likes of Madonna's 'Santa Baby', U2's 'Christmas (Baby Please Come Home)' and Eurythmics' 'Winter Wonderland'.

Aguilera previously released a Christmas set titled My Kind of Christmas in 2000, which to date has sold three million copies worldwide.

Meanwhile, Bublé released his seventh album Christmas last year, topping the charts in 13 countries including the US and UK, where it became the third best-selling album of the year.
